Yes Stan it's close, real close but not yet. We are still a few days away. You could however get the trailer ready, like back it up the shop door for easy access. OH, don't for get to charge batteries. I must get the middle two seats out of the van and start to load all of the extra stuff. Helicopters will go in the night before we leave. Regards, Gayl

Hey guys -- a quick question for those of us staying in hotels:

Do you guys normally haul your helicopters in and out of your hotel rooms every night and morning? We're staying at the Hampton Inn and don't have a trailer. I am dreading the thought of carefully trying to get my birds in and out of the hotel room while we're there.

If those of you with trailers leave them at the field overnight, is there any way possible I could rent/borrow some trailer space from someone (or a couple someones) to keep a couple of my 600-size birds at the field overnight while we're there? I would accept complete liability for loss/damage should something unfortunate happen and hold harmless the trailer owner. Let me know what you think. Thanks guys.

Trailer Space
I usually have some extra space and it would be no problem to put your helis in..
And I am sure there are others that would help out too..

There will be 4-5 campers staying at the field. You should be able to find some hanger space there.

When arriving by the bypass you will find a construction sigh saying Brooker Road is closed. The part of Brooker Road where the field is located is open.

Brooker Rd is open from MLK or the North Bypass. The closed section is between the bypass and Cleveland hwy.
