600N with RJX Head and Newer Autogear and Main Shaft Hub Question
A few weeks ago, I cracked the autorotation gear on my 600N LE that I had converted to FBL using the RJX head. With the new Main Shaft Hub and newer Autorotation gear (H60020A), I had about 2-2.5mm of up and down play in the main shaft. To remove it, I just loosed the set screws on the main shaft collar, lifted up on the shaft, and re-tightened the set screws. I am going to go back through to get everything back to the proper pitch angles since the main shaft is now a little bit higher.

Do I need to change anything else or get a different main shaft before I fly?

Well this may be a promising upgrade. I bought the SOKO virtual main shaft this morning and went back through the set up. Some minor adjustments were needed for leveling the swash and when I put in my desired pitch values, I only had to turn in the ball links going to main blade grips a single turn and I am now able to get equal travel up and down where I think I had a little more down than up before (it's been over a year since I got the SOKO kit).
