I know this will sound like a broken record but ...... I emailed Ron Sunday about a part I needed ..... He replied on Monday..... I placed the order on Monday and got the parts on Wednesday !!!!! WTH!!!!! That is some awesome service !!!!!
Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....

Ron's service is just stellar. you know how when you place your order your brain sorta clicks in this prepared to wait mode. I mean you know you have to wait but you still have to psych yourself out. but with ron you get your stuff before you actually prepare yourself to wait. does that make sense?

I've posted similar things about Ron. He is simply my "go-to" when I need something. I broke a FBL blade grip last weekend and the site said it was out of stock. He found a pair in house somewhere and I had them on Wednesday!! I can't say enough about Ron, other than he truly cares about the hobby.

I too am pleased with Ron's Helicopter Parts store. I have just started using him on some of my purchases and I too am surprised by the fast shipping.
I will continue to use him.

I've always gone to Ron for as much as I can, but honestly, the vast majority of items I seek are not stocked any more. I understand the business reasons, but it doesn't get product to me. His advice is excellent too, and I appreciate his value...but many of his suppliers have cratered. His biggest lines were Min Air, TT. Many of his aftermarket suppliers have also closed up shop.Rob
