Left rear...
A quick lift of the momentary switch does it.

Left rear, buddy switch. I want it far from throttle hold.

On the DX8 the bind switch
It is my understanding that the VBar Neo Rescue function only works with the Mikado VBar Control, as it requires the Rescue App on the transmitter for proper setup. You might be referring to the autorotation bailout switch on your DX8 as opposed to the trigger for the VBar Neo Rescue?

That is incorrect, it will work with any tx that will work with the NEO. Rescue is a function of the NEO, the tx or VControl just triggers it...

Thank you for the info Ron. This is what I thought I heard at IRCHA but could not find confirmation on the web.

I have a fellow club member planning to get the Neo. Do you know if there are instructions on how to set up rescue with a Spektrum transmitter? I am guessing this is achieved through the VBar Neo PC software used for setup with transmitters other than the VBar Control, correct?

No problem , if his tx is DSM2 he may have to come up with a mix (less channels) to get an output for it to work. If it is DSMX, he is good and in that case all he has to do is follow the screenshots on VStabi.info:
