I placed an order on monday...yes, they were closed. But, I expected it to ship tuesday.

Today I relize I never got my shipment confirmation. So, I try to call...no answer. Look up my account online, and it says "on hold". Submit an email support ticket and no response after 1/2 a day.

Asking around I hear rumblings about Amain starting to distribute Mikado...is everything still cool in Florida? Or do I need to start escalating a refund?

Mikadousa is the official distributor for North and South America. Amain and others get their Mikado products through Mikado USA. I assure you Mikado USA is all good

While I can understand, having done a lot of business with Bryan and Gorgin(even when they were at RH), they work they're butts off.

When I order from Mikado USA, when I make a large purchase, I pay the slightly added expense of USPS "priority"...because I'm "excited".

On the other hand, in the middle of a build...and I forgot something...I might place another order.....can't remember how many times I've paid more for "expedited" shipping than the cost of the forgotten part......

Cuda, depending upon your shipping request, wait a day.....and you'll see your USPS tracking #...and when your pkg. will arrive.

I wish they would have "Mikado Mints"....'member the RH mints....

Got a small order one time...and instead of "pkg peanuts"...it was pkg'd with the mints....

No matter how many times I screw up an order and have to re-order something, it never fails that they have already packaged and shipped my first order and then I have to pay all over again to get the second order shipped. Would it kill them to be just a little slower to save a guy some dough?

With my experience with is all A's. Ron walked me through my driver setup,remotely logged into my computer to make sure I had the correct drivers installed. Then walked me through the entire setup for my Logo 500 with the mini Vbar....thanks a million for the help. And by the way I love the mini vbar!! I have a very slight tail wag, I have to figure out why but it's great.
