Keep the thread alive. I made a parts order as well for my aurora, a week ago.
Asked what the status was on Friday. Received an email back claiming they will be sent next day. That was great, but evidently outright lying to me.

Have not seen my parts. Still sitting at site pending. BS if you ask me. Now I have an Aurora (which I love) with no tail output shaft and collar. been sitting. Granted they dont charge till shipped, but the point is I want to fly, and keep Avant as my heli vendor. Now...

I wanted to go for the 2nd Mostra build next. But with this, now I have to think twice. I actually love my Aurora, but cant fly it just for a few easy tail rotor parts.

Really frustrating.

Why an attitude with heli BS drama. Everyone thinks they are right. What part of "order is pending" in my post did you not understand? Today is Wednesday, July 15 2015.
If I have the days wrong, than the proof will make it look worse.

I actually replied to it and told them thank you for the great service and quick reply.
If they sent an email just saying not ready to ship, that would have been fine to me. They lied. Not dealing with them again.

So, have anything you want to add? I am sorry and apologize for how wrong I am. I accept full blame for my actions. I am stuck with one heli not flying, and a new one I wonder if I will ever get parts for. They just need to be honest to customers. I don't believe anything I have seen in all the threads. And some of you just take it. Funny.

They are finally shipping. They emailed saying parts are in stock.I hope this works. I have a Mostro I hope I can keep flying too.
CC I stopped CX from authorization because I felt they would never contact me or even ship.
They are going to run it today. I want to see tracking, then I will feel better.

Same here. Ordered some parts from CE on Sunday 10/18/15. On Tuesday, I went into my account to check order status. Said "Pending." Wednesday I sent them an email asking if they were gonna process my order. As of today, no reply. What a shame.

I do like the Mostro's workmanship and great flying characteristics but I have to admit, I regret the day I ever bought this heli. Dozens or maybe hundreds of us have poured tons of time and money into this heli, and Avant doesn't even have the decency to be truthful or even simply reply to their loyal customers email. That tells me that Avant does not have any respect or regard for their customers.

However, if enough people file for chargebacks on their card, Avant will have no choice but to handle this head on or sink.

You paid for something, but never received the product. File a report with your credit card company to get your money back. If you do it right, the credit card company will open an investigation. Avant will have to prove that they shipped the product. Since they did not, the credit card company will return the funds to you.

If enough of these investigations are opened, eventually Avant's ability to process orders will be suspended.

After all of this, there's no reason for anyone to buy with no communication and no products. That's practically the definition of a scam!

I was hoping someone could go by and see if anyone is there, or maybe find out what happened.

Augusto has not been heard from in anyone in the Heli community that I can tell in months. They've never been good at communication, but I was always able to get parts from CarbonXtreme and sometimes Amain.

This time it seems to be a more serious issue.

Hoping a company like Lynx can step in and make replacement parts for some of these orphan helis. The Blade "Pro" series has disappeared as well. Sad days.

Hoping maybe Augusto had some health issues that have kept him from communicating and he will pop back up. Avant put so much into the design and marketing of this heli, it's hard to believe someone would willingly just walk away.

I do not have the Mostro, but a nitro and e-aurora. Just received an email last night that parts I ordered from their website have shipped w/ tracking number. I think I ordered on 11/1/15, so not sure if they are just getting rid of parts or actually trying to come back to life.
