Great...was not worried about you, but rather of the rant at 6 in the morning by a grump...trying to yet again visit his hangovers on others.

HF didn't like that either.

So...

I wake up early to work.
I don't drink...(but I used to)
I'm not banned from HF.
It's 4:45AM and I'm still happy.

Make it up as you go "E".
I'm sorry if you're worried.
Just trying to help.

I was just trying to help you with your blade thing.
Then someone quoted me and added a ridicules statement.
I'll keep helping.

It's tough to stretch a Jr. but that would definitely help. Maybe mix-n-match something.
I did it with a TT e550, put the x50 boom and belt on it with long blades. Entirely different animal.
Also put 520's on with stock tail (95mm blades), very interesting.
It seems you're getting some good advice here.
Many different ways to do things.

Not to hijack the thread. I was wondering how you feel about the tail authority with the stock tail blades?

I have run the stock blades and Align 85mm tail blades.
I felt like the the bigger tail blades were needed under 2500rpm for good tail authority.
I mainly fly at 2600 so I went back to stock. Just curious about the longevity of the tail bearings and hub with longer blades.

Just trying to help.
Thanks, but I've done well without your assistance....for my whole life.

That you visit your personal issues that you have on me is absurd.

Why don't you simply put me on your ignore list and we'll be done.

Get it?

two ways that will make a big difference in hang time:

1) use a 6s 2200 or smaller battery, just make sure the heli still balances. You wont need much capacity to climb to an auto.

2) 20 years ago, 515s were common on Hirobo shuttles and Kyosho concepts. A company called Yale made unassembled wood 515s....this is probably your only bet for finding a 515 that can be weighted up.

We didn't think much of those blades, so there are probably a few left around. They will be enough for auto practice. Use a tungsten weight instead of lead to get the most weight.
