I have'nt tried longer blades than the TT 600 CF, but once you get some adequate tail blades, 92mm on mine, there's no room left for longer mains.
The 600 legnth flys great, loading the engine properly and with excellent
autos, you could probably run up to about 610 with the stock tail, if you could find them?, but the tail needs help.
The only other blades I thought about trying were the MAH 603 mm, but the TT blades fly nice and were free with my rap kit.

Well, I don't know about Raptors, but I've heard of people running 620's on Sceadu's. Longer blades would make it do kick ass autos, but it would be too much blade for 3D in that it would slow the cyclic rates and also bog the engine a lot more.

600mm is pretty much the standard for a 50, and since a 50 is just a 30 with a bigger engine and longer boom, the weight difference is not that great either, so jumping from 550mm to 600mm blades makes a huge difference in the first place. You will be fine with the 600's or the MAH603's. I know with 600mm blades and NHP 85mm carbon t/r blades, I don't have much clearance between the two rotors, so I wouldn't push it...
