Very nice! What kind of flight times are you getting? How much do you have to put back into a pack after a flight?Steve

Thanks. I flew a 6 minute flight and still had 72% battery left. I put back 1200 mah on a 5000 mah battery. Heli weighs in at 8.12 lbs with a 6s 5000 baterry

My third flight i flew 12 minutes and still had 42% battery left.

That is really great. It seems to fly beautifully at that low a head speed. How does she feel? That is a great idea to just stretch a 700. Maybe if I find another 700 used for cheap enough I will try that too.
Congrats to you!!!
Setup is everything, All my heli's can fly far better than I can pilot them

Thanks gentlemen! She feels awesome. Needs alot of collective management but as you can see its very smooth. I will post a few details later as to changing the tail gear ratio too. This one and the 600 stretch 700 are my two favorites to fly now!

Yep, some good stuff right there! Big heli+LHS= Sweet!

Are you just experimenting w. 6s, or have pretty much settled on that setup
with this heli?

With these parts, i also had to use a trex 800 tail grip assembly which is for a 6mm tail shaft

Thank you Cobra! Yes it was an awesome day to fly today. No wind, 70 degrees, and plenty of sunshine!
