I want to thank Mikado Germany and USA for the excellent customer service I received this week. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it. Everyone please keep Mikado USA in mind for all of your rc heli needs as they sale much more than Mikado products.

I've always have had outstanding sales/tech service from Mikado USA.....always.

Even when Bryan and Gorgin were at ReadyHeli.

They're among the best, if not the best....

I ordered some odds and ends from them as a "test" order. 10 days to the northeast..... When I asked my friendly postal worker to explain the delay I was told, "The label was printed, but, item was never received at the post office in Florida for 5 days. We can't ship until they take it to the post office."

Of course Mikado (Bryan) blamed the post office. Against all evidence. Oh well, I did my part, but, they should "Man-up" when they "Screw-up".

The quality of the stuff I got is excellent.

I've placed quite a few orders from Mikado USA and have always received them quickly.

One day I submitted several tech questions via their website facility inquiring about the size of a part for another application I needed and each time I received a timely response. Their customer service is some of the best in the business.

Indeed, even when the Kontronik sub-winder was getting behind in delivery for the Competition motors, Mikado USA was very hands-on for my behalf and kept communication open until everything was done right. I will do business again with them.

Mikado is number 1 in service and keeping all models well supplied with parts
weather you own the newest 550sx or the oldest logo10 they have the parts to get you flying. parts are always the best quality or they dont ship it. if you melt a gear, they'll make one you cant. The best part of mikado is they are evolving with tech, they started selling models which ran on umbilical cords and HUGE nicads and now they make the lightest,& strongest plastic reinforced frame heli in the market today and keep coming out with new and what we ask for on top of that they also making electronics for helis too Vbar, VKontrol. Now we just need them to make a Vbar/ESC in 1

Except it was in January during the snow.....It was blamed on the "Snow", except it was never scanned in at the post office.
Nothing negative about Mikado in my post, just the facts as they pertain to me
Their quality is excellent, for sure.
Took 10 days. Should have been 5. Unless you take it to the post office and see it scanned....assume nothing. Printing a label is not shipping.
Still not too bad. Maybe he didn't understand.

The only way to improve is through dialog.

Some get grumpy when retired. They start derailing productive threads and such

Maybe they should spend some money at Mikado, then they could make an informed comment. You know Mikado counts on it to pay their bills.

It snowed in Jacksonville in Fl this January.

Very rare, but it did snow.

Where I live, if there's even the threat of snow, the highway systems are shut down.....because no one knows how to drive in such conditions and cause 100's of wrecks.
