Well , not 100% right.

I mean is a type , there you speed up starter first and so push the starter into the shaft clutch system when start up glow engines.

I know what you mean. But do not believe they are necessary any more. Today starters such as the Dynatron on 3-4s lipo have ample torque to turn over even the biggest motors without a running startTeam Synergy, Team FBL Rotors-------if its not broke...it will be!

I see..

Was afraid the not are necessary today as you say.

I have got sullivan dynatron starter with S613 shaft - have not try it yet.

Have not got some batteri case or this Makita LXT 18v Lithium (BL1830) Battery Adapter unit.

Have thinking about it.

Are the big difference vs Makita lithum / 3-4s liop packages?

power, I do not know.

I personally would not go with Makida, then you but their chargers and their batteries only. Lipo is simple, buy whatever you want and use your charger. I run an OLD 4s lipo, plenty to start my 105

There are some glow drivers that delay a couple seconds so you can start spinning the engine before the glow plug ignites. Radio South is one and I have another that is lipo, both work well.Team Synergy, Team Scorpion, No good deed goes unpunished
