Probably a stupid question but how are all of you leveling your swashplate I'm trying to get my 380 set up and I don't have a tool to measure if the swash is level or not.

Smart phone application. Has both horizontal and vertical crosshairs. A couple of photos in my gallery of it being used (550 heli). Not the clearest photo but you will get it.

What's different for me at least is that the goblin is leaned forward and not level so it's hard for me to determine the proper geometry...

With a deck of cards on hand, you shimmy the heli to make the main shaft vertical first.

Everything else references from that, from main grips to servo horns. The app also does angles.

Use a zip tie
There's a lot more discussion about this one the other forum. I just used the zip tie method, works perfectly and only cost me a single zip tie. http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=682271 post #17
