The first step is correct tail blade length. Tell me your tail ratio and headspeed and current tail blade length.

Next it to tune gain as high as you can and assuming a good quality tail servo for no wag under all situations.

Next tune rudder FF mix to suppress any remaining tail kick with sensible pitch pumps. Do not exceed 15%; 10% is a good place to start.

It's fine to play with acceleration mix too. Basically I would use it as a last touch if the tail is pretty much good except with severely aggressive collective input. You will have to watch the tail closely to male sure the tail doesn't overshoot.

UNDERSTAND that a high powered larger electric may kick the tail a touch with even the best tuned gyro if you simply abuse the collective. You are dealing with massive power and torque, and the gyro still has to react. You can't fix it all with feed forward mixing regardless of brand gyro because if you get too much in there, it can affect other manuevers.

original tail blades from the raptor
1800-2000 rpm
maxwell engine

i had an trex pro dfc with the same setup and almost the same tail ratio and the tail was less hunting, solid with no mixing at all...
thanks for help!

Before you make the other changes, go to 115's.

That's fine. 4.7 on 115 is not excessive though and makes it much more apparent if tail blade length is your issue.

Sorry missed this question.......

I start at 5% on either side on half stick and tune in 2% increments. 15 is about as high as I ever need to go. Make sure the FF mix ADDS tail rotor pitch with increasing collective angle.

I try a lot of combinations and whitout no satisfaction, put the ff mix off and it was better...
Make my stop delay higer
and change gain tracking a litle,
wow what a difference!
loking forwards tho the next flights that i can thune further
When the tail stops in one direction it stops and it do a thiny litle suddering
i tryed tho down the main tail gain a litle but it didnt help
Next thime i try the control delay in and out

what dos the rudder delay mode affect?
now i am in function

Thx

Switch the delay mode to constant. It'll piro more consistently.

The rudder out delay should allow you to tune out that little remaining bounce.

Increase the angular rate to get the piro rate where you want it. Decrease the control out delay to make the stops more crisp. Tune the overall gain just under threshold of wag in things like piro funnels and arcing turns in high speed flight. And sideways loops.
