He could afford to go through the pricey learning curve of many crashes, most cannot afford that step.
You'll never get that good even on a sim and there is zero $$$ to do with it there. Crash to your little hearts content.

If all it takes is time and unlimited money, you should be right there and flying better than him now...on a sim.
You've been at it a lot longer than he has.

Now stop the nonsense or call me #15

I literally never use the word literally right.

That was the first video of him I have seen !! He is amazing !
No doubt about it that Heli looked so locked in at all times to me.
And I don't think Money will make you fly like that , just plain hard work and tons of practice . And I think natural talent also. Of which I have NONE!! Lol

I could never do that with unlimited time and money.
Some people have natural talent and drive that will set them apart from the rest regardless of resources.
Excellent video.
I'm not intending to take anything away from anyone.
Props to Tareq.

If he was really good, he could chop down the trees, saw them up and split them for firewood.... Just Jokin... nice sticks.

the guy is a fantastic talent...but one thing I learned in life is that no matter how good you are, someone will eventually come along that is better than you

uhh, yea,,,,,,,,,,money. well, if you know your putting $2k on the line in one dumb thumb and have nothing to replace that, $2k to him is like a dime. To those who work hard at forms of income $2k is too much cash to put on the line with most common people for a little rc heli training. MONEY =,,,,,,,,,, NO FEAR.

someone said if most guys did not do partying they'd be sharp enough to 3d like a pro, it's kind of true about brain cells and or lack of.

The close in flying I do is real. I wish I could find a youtube vid of a Philippine guy doing 3d in his tight back yard space with a 450, one of the first 3d vids I ever saw.

Personally a 380 in there or a 500 would have been able to really use the entire space with more movement, now let's see him do 3d in a hotel lobby, lol.

So what stops you from getting this good on a sim?
It's certainly not fear of crashing a $2K heli.

Let's see your sim flying...Should be spectacular.

, just checked to see if any was as wild as the real deal earlier today, nope. Not to say there's nothing worth watching. When you fly a heli that moves like greased lightning in a limited environment after making performance changes, my my, you're in for a hand full.

don't mean to pee on your parade there MK, Tareq's a cool dude and half wild rc pilot no doubt. Pogos, now let's talk about them for a second, please forgive me if my criticism was sharp. My pogos last year included pogo'ing from six feet up and four onto grass and up and down like a basket ball, pure fun, throw a piro in there, then a piro flip, cetera cetera cetera, you got to time it right or smack.

I'm the kind of dude who hypes someone who can do things you can barely make out in time while imagining the sticks in front of you. Some Asian guys are incredible pilots mixing things up quite a bit, that I admire,

never mind me MK, got a little stretched on the tongue here,
carry on.

I think that video is nutz!! my god , the control alone is hands down skill above my own and most others, I cannot fathom how people are knocking it? if anything , we should start knocking all the people with goblins and other high $$ helis who cant do much short of a tail in hover ,, kinda like buying a race car to never go past 60mph? anywho , I enjoyed it ,

going pro , one crash at a time

JMO but Im just not impressed with all that flipping and popping... granted my skill is novice, but as fast as he is on the sticks, it just seems to me like he is avoiding crashing in a "spectacular" way...

where are all the rolling circuits/loops... the piro circuits/funnels etc... you know the stuff that flows and has technical skill and grace, not just raw reaction speed.

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

From what I hear he is not allowed to come to the US. His parents forbid it. This is what I have heard through the grapevine. He lives in one of the Arab countries.

It astounds me the efforts to deny that he's got skill. The jealousy is so transparent.

And my Lord we've got some Lalo-esque stuff developing in this thread.
