Hey, I received a set of Tenax mounts to use on my new 570. I see they have no instructions. I've looked at a few posts about them, but had a couple of questions.

1. A little concerned about installing them on the canopy with no gaskets or grommets. Before I ream the canopy holes for them to fit, I expect they will crack the paint around the holes with the teeth on the mount. Any thoughts?

2. How to tighten them without damage to the finish?

I am considering Booya's instead. Have Booya on everything else, but didn't realize they made some to fit a 570 before ordering the Tenax. I know the Texax work well, but my experience with Booya's is they've not damaged any of my canopies. This is a Carbon edition 570, so I am being a bit careful.

Thanks

Rob

I have Tenax on my Goblin 700, Goblin 500, and Diabolo. They work well, and are the easiest to use in my opinion. I have had no problem with the paint or canopy being damaged.
