Yeah I shudder to think about the logistical nightmare of stocking heli parts for all current kits plus the legacy models plus all the cars and parts and fixed wing stuff.

I think I have a fairly decent means of communication now to try to get answers to questions as they come up.

bazillion parts for above except for some critical show stopper parts(tail gears & start shafts & couplers) and none for the e700. Took a chance e700's wouldn't Kyosho me into oblivion.

And I'm not even a team Thunder Tiger member. So support those oldies and the new stuff and keep the crash kits coming. Nick's e700 wasn't out 18 months and a V2 showed up followed immediately by a V3. And I haven't even mentioned the E720/800 & G4 series which must have been built with platinum or gold looking at their prices.

Support them, they are made to be built, crashed, repaired, flown and crashed again. If you're not going to support them, then build them out of balsa & plywood so we know to go buy a new one after we crash.
Another thing, not everyone in the hobby is enchanted with FBL, something to be said for KISS PRINCIPLE versus digital crash boxes.

If running stock 550e, use 520mm blades. OR put x50B tail on it with the 550's. See, now that tail will hold.

Mix-n-match is easy but for some reason TT maintains this as some dark hidden secret

Yes, look what's available and make the thing fly.

I don't know how to up-load pics. Is it easier than tuning a GT5.2?

My stretched E550 is deja vu all over again for a refined E620 plus the new FBL head. There is indeed value to reusing proven parts across many models.

My 550 mech. are begging for a scale job. The ability to take the entire lower frame off makes it very short. I never realized this until a repair.

Oh and I know we are in the nitro section. E-nuf about E-lectrix

Most of the guys are nitro. One has one of those pull start gasserz.

Support is EVERYTHING in this hobby. A certain unnamed company as a example understands this and have parts on the shelves of online and local retailers before kits even hit in quantity and for some reason they have gone from small to mega, wonder why lol. As of late with so many being left high and dry by companies left and right, support means more than ever in RC heli history. Everyday as time goes on all I can here is the sound of nails sealing up the coffin because by the time they invest and get their act together there may not be a customer base to start recouping cost and maybe not enough time to build before the ship hits the iceberg. Time will tell, will be interesting to watch. Would like to see TT get back on top or at least give others a run for their money.Still buyin' and flyin' then crashing and cryin'

my biggest regret it buy TT G4, should have spend the money on a T700n, which i did after the 1st crash and i found out that tail-boom and ski replacement i could buy 3 times the same amount of spares if i went Align. after the second crash with the initial spare shortage for the G4 i went out and bought a T700n DFC.

G4 now sits as a hanger queen, a very expensive one at that.

TT you suck to put it lightly.

For the parts I cannot acquire in the states I will buy parts from Skyhobby2014 on Ebay. Reasonable price, but they are in Taiwan and customs kill the shipping speed or otherwise they would be pretty fast.
I agree this hole Thunder Tiger parts shortage and supply should've been over, but what do you do?

You can get spares from Midland, Skyhobby2014, and also direct from Thunder Tiger.

Who was the distributor for NZ? Taiwan seems to be a bit closer than the US/UK.
E820, Raptor G4N, X50F/E, E620, Forza 450, and some planks.
