So as u can see the one bearing its seated just fine. Now the bearing setup on the feathering shaft that sits the deepest into the grip thats the one that dosnt go all the way in. Is this good to go?

Is this bearing stack correct? From left to right Bearing, spacer, in washer, radial bearing, out washer and cap bolt?

I think you are missing a bearing. Or this bearing is sticking in the blade grip already. The radial bearing is always enclosed by two bearings. The normal bearing is on the outside, nether the radial one. Just look in the manual. Also make sure that the shield of the radial bearing with the smallest internal diameter is on the outside.
