You have the right idea for sure but here are the two areas I'd advise you to focus on.

1. Your ratios are all over the place. On at least some of the flips you are doing a 1:1 flip to piro on the first half to inverted point and a 1:2 for the second half back to upright. Piro flips are a precision maneuver where the pilot should be selecting and then hitting his points. In a 1:1 the tail should make one excursion out to the side and back to tail in as the disc returns to level inverted. 180 degrees of flip to 180 degrees of heading change or piro. For a 2:1 the tail should be seen to move out to the side back to center (at the knife edge point), back out to the other side and back in to nose in as the disc reaches level inverted.

2.Your heli is not sitting still because your collective management, timing and amount, needs work. Consciously work on limiting collective sweep to only that required for hovering, upright and inverted.

Most people proficient at stirring maneuvers can't or dont consciously think about this when they're flying but if you look at their sticks the left is smoothly drifting up and down in a sinusoidal fashion while holding constant rudder while the right stick is smoothly tracing a nearly perfect circle. It's one of those things that will let you know you're getting mastery when you look at your sticks after you record your flight.
