Hi,

I am in the middle of setting up CGY 750. One question I have is about cyclic servo movement in normal mode.
When I tilt heli in avsc mode, swash plate responses to compensate heli's movement. So I can easily see swash plate movement. But in normal mode there is very tiny swash plate move. So it does not compensate heli's tilt at any directions.

Tail servo seems to work at both mode. It shows clear compensation.

Is this behavior in normal mode right?

If not, how can I fix this issue?

Thanks

Sounds normal.

E820, Raptor G4N, X50F/E, E620, Forza 450, and some planks.

it is normal. when you do a trim fligh you don't want the gyro compensating when making you adjustments.

Put the woman and children to bed it's time to go fly!

I had the same question. I was worried about the normal mode not indicating very much compensation when tilting the in the roll/pitch directions. Anyhow I was scared to do the trim flight on my new TSA 600n Pro in the normal mode and was tempted to do my first flight in AVAC mode. But put my fears away and did the trim flight in normal mode and it popped right up and was stable, although a little touchy on the cyclic. Using the default 20% expo in the CGY unit. Anyhow a little too windy to set my trims. Will pick a calm day for the trim flight. I now have confidence in the normal mode for the trim flight. This is my first CGY 750 on a new TSA 600n Pro. I did have the rudder in AVAC mode and will trim mechanically in normal mode once I have the Ail/elev trims set and back to AVAC. Thanks for asking this question.
