Hi everyone! Actually, I am a noob in drones. I am building an aircraft for professional use and shooting. Here its configuration for the moment:

- DJI S900
- ZenMuse GH4
- DJI A2
- IOSD MK2

My radio is a Futaba T14SG, and i thought of using a 6S Lipo 12 000 Mah. Do you think with that battery, i will have enough time to fly for 15 minutes?

Then, I often heard about bugs with the DJI A2. In order not to cause damage to the machine, I thought I could use a parachute rescue system as DJI Dropsafe:

http://www.dji.com/product/dropsafe

Or again that rescue kit for DJI S900 from Opale Paramodels:

http://www.opale-paramodels.com/ind...dji-s900-detail

I would like to know if some members here use this type of product and if it was really reliable. I'd appreciate that people share his experience in these kind of things. And if it worth it, have some advice to make a choice. Maybe there other types of products?

Thanks for the noob!

Having done two of these things (S800EVO and S1000) I will try to help as much as I can.

You indicate you are new to multi-rotors, but how about RC in general?

The first major piece of advice I will offer, is to essentially memorize the manual. When doing your setups, don't skip any steps.

Your A2 was designed around the Futaba S-bus system, but I don't use Futaba, so all my experience is oriented towards Spektrum and Taranis.

On the S800, I set it up as a two operator system, pilot and camera/gimbal operator. The S1000 was set up as a single pilot system.

Both of the setups were very trying, at least, but both ended up working in the end.

Let me know what basic experience you have, and where you are with your build, and I'll try as much as I can to help you out.

In RC, just a few months, I learned the basics in piloting on a DJI F550 lended by a friend, never did my own building before.
