I'm having an issue trying to get my gyro to work properly in this version. Well first off, I have just now updated since i've tried it when 5.0 was released and it had so many glitches and problems i swapped back to version 4, but anyway, when id switch to my gyro to practice inverted everything worked fine and now with the new version, when I switch over from 0 to 1 the heli just drops to the ground and when I flip it to 2 it sky rockets, and theres not one darn thing I can do. I have read in a few posts from other people that were having similar problems and re-calibrated the tx and all was well. Well for me this was not the case I've tried this twice and get the same results. Has anyone experienced these issues that i'm having with this?

What transmitter are you using and what are your flight mode settings.

Im running the DX8, and my settings for the gyro are N: 10.0% S1: 90.0 S2: 64.5 H: 54.0. Are those the settings you are talking about? Thanks for the help.

No, the gyro settings can't make the heli shoot up or down. Look to your pitch curve settings in different flight modes.

The program should be looking at your transmitter heli setup, and having weird gyro gains isn't going to make the collective go nuts.

Pitch curve is 45,51,60,73,95 on normal and 0,25,50,75,100 on the rest. T. curve is N:0,56,72,86,100 S1:80 across the board S2:100 across the board H: 10 across the board.

Just for fun, make your normal mode pitch curve the same straight line as the other modes you have.
