Can't imagine going into that web of a mess, unless you had the hand picked team that you could absolutely trust - just to take a peek.

Maritime salvage is gona have a very good contract - if it's recoverable & they must deal with it even if it's piece by piece.

Very cool story and great outcome....lot of the stories not near as good
an outcome. The crew did a great job 'beaching' it; how lucky can you get
to find a shallow area like that, that quickly?!?

Assume those vehicles that were driven off were not in the flooded areas?
If so, would be a major shame to crush them. If they were in standing water, they are probably 'rust buckets' waiting to happen.

BTW, Shaw wasn't this close to you and/or where the TT/Isle of Man M/c
races are at?

Salt water,s favorite food, electronics One could almost touch the ship if you lived on the Isle of Wight,we are the small pimple right at the bottom of the UK,but not where the TT is held(I wish). The Isle of Man is the island between Ireland and Northern UK,many folks confuse us with the other as far as the bike races go.
