The last time I took my X-Spec out it was pretty cold. During the first and second flight there were some sudden tail glitches. Inspection revealed the belt had gotten a tad lose, and I figured the boom had just slipped back. Once it wamed up back in the stable, everything got tight again. I guess the boom contracted more than I thought it would. This must have pulled back the boom braces, making them vunerable to side to side vibrations. (which were visable carrying it out while running) So whats the deal with cold weather flying? I guess you have to adjust the boom and tail brace at the field?
