slugo123, are you a newbie to heli's? The reason I ask is I am and I too bought the 300 CFX. I had very wide training gear on it thank God cause every time I tried to take off it too would try and tip to the right. I being a newbie just thought this was the way cp heli's are. Well I wrecked it, repaired it and had it setup by a pro. I still fly with training gear, but I flies perfectly, now its the operator... not the heli. The point I'm getting at here is they are suppose to be outta the box BNF, but don't believe that. All heli's RTF or BNF need to be gone through first before flight. If your not experienced in heli setup, you'll probably need to be mentored. I went from coaxial SYMA 107g, then to FP WL TOYs V911 then straight to the CP 300cfx. They are ALOT harder to fly, and if your not experienced with heli setup you wont be able to trouble shoot it. Just my two cents anyways...

You have to do the Swash calibration/leveling is likely the prob.
As mentioned, follow the directions carefully. Bind and fly only menas everthing is there and has been setup mechanically, but you have to tune the heli to your specific radio. In your instructions you will find a part about leveling the swash plate from low throttle/collective to High throttle/collective. If you do not do this and save the settings, you will have exactly the problem you state. Look that up, do it carefully, and you will have a nice machine. This will be the case with ANY bind-n-fly.
Good luck, Pat

Good reply wrong way. I didn't know it at the time, but after I crashed my mentor took me step by step through setup. Thats when I figured out exactly what you posted. If he doesn't know how to do this he will need a mentor.
