According to the video James says this bird is supposed to do hovering pirouette and stay in one place better than the MCPX. My experience, resulting in a crash, was it will piro clockwise but will try to dive-off one direction or the other. Counterclockwise it is pretty difficult to control at all. Need way more altitude until I figure out why it won't stay planted in a hovering piro.

My crash resulted in the dying chicken dance on the driveway. Stripped servo, scratched up blades, small dent in tail boom, broken boom support bracket. Most small parts in stock at Horizon except of course the one I really need; the cyclic servo (and a spare battery). Hurry up and wait I guess.

This is not a precision machined heli with 500 dollar servos and gyro unit it works well for what it is and is leaps and bounds above the 130. So u cant expect it to hold in a piro like one of our more pricey helis but one can only imagine what these little ones will be like in another year or so. Better servos and gyro it will be awesome.

I will order a set and try them on for size. My LHS had a servo so I replaced it and releveled the swashplate. Going to try flying again today. LHS says it will piro so maybe I have something messed up the first time.

Lynx has come out with a gear set for the 180. Go to their site and do a search.
