I watched on YouTube a guy put a lipo cell between two pieces of wood, squeeze it to get the air through a tiny hole he put in it. Then sealed the hole with a hot glue gun. I'm not saying I'm going to do this but will it fix the puff just temporarily or what???

Wow, Not sure I would trust that lipo after Liposquish-ation and then a seal!
Just doesn't sound like a good Idea!
I think we will hear more about this procedure!

I didn't think so. His disclaimer at the beginning. ...Work on lipos at your own risk, or something like that.

Seems like it would puff up again, and more quickly.

I wouldn't waste my time.

The problem is the battery is either dying..or being discharged at a greater rate than capable or being discharged too far...The chemical composition only has so many cycles..and only about 2-3 years..then the composition lithium and polymer start to break down.. if its puffing try dropping 1-2 teeth on the pinion eases up the load..like downshifting..Other than that..dont do it as you can easily regret it..Lithium is toxic..and if you drill between the layers and cause a short...you will have an exciting day

Never play around with lipos, if they are at that point its probably best to just discard it and get a new one. Yes, you will most likely have an exciting day!.
