Waheed,

I use these three servos.

All of these work great and have never given any kind of issue.

Your Savox 1290mg has super speed and plenty of torque. I cannot imagine needing a better servo based on its specifications. Maybe your particular servo is bad.

Current generation full sized servos have speeds down in the .03-.04 range with torques in the 90-100 oz-in range.

The single one I use most is the Torque 9188, and I've had no regrets. On my Goblin 700 the CF boom amplifies the servo sound and makes it sound kinda gravelly, but that is all.

The 1290MG is a decent tail servo. What makes you think you need a better servo?

What you are blaming on the servo may be nothing more than a poor setup in your heli.

Never said 1290 was a bad servo as it serve me well last flying season looking for better as better is out there. As spec are just a number on paper but not actual performance. As for setup my tail is rock solid on my logo 600sx,just could be better, with a better servo.

Look for a narrow pulse tail servo. I would recommend the Futaba BLS251 on 5-6v or BLS256HV on 6-8v.

60% of the time, it works every time!
