WHO: Ebola can be transmitted for up to 7 weeks after recovery from illness.
People remain infectious as long as their blood and body fluids, including semen and breast milk, contain the virus. Men who have recovered from the disease can still transmit the virus through their semen for up to 7 weeks after recovery from illness.

When in close contact (within 1 metre) of patients with EBV, health-care workers should wear face protection (a face shield or a medical mask and goggles), a clean, non-sterile long-sleeved gown, and gloves (sterile gloves for some procedures).

http://www.who.int/mediacentre/factsheets/fs103/en/

WHO states that special protective gear should be worn when within 1 meter (3+ feet) of known patients infected with Ebola.

Gee, President Obola told the people of West Africa they don't have to worry about the guy next to them on the bus. Of course there's not a problem if the guy isn't sick.

Why in the world would Obola tell innocent people such a blatant lie?

Even the CDC is now telling people to avoid all public transportation.
