| abgreen rrNovice pea ridge, ar | My Feedback for Luisworl911 Sold two raptors to this fellow one 50 class and one 30 class both Helis had all servos Intact one was for parts only which he claims he was unaware even tho it was stated in my ad for the hells.The pictures below clearly show heli with no landing gear and in rough condition. Both helis had Gy401 one with fut9254 the other a standard servo both helis were complete with all the servos needed for flight in fact I had just flew the one of the helis a month prior with hard landing again he was aware of this. I also included $490 in spare parts to fix the helis. He was upset do to the fact my ad stated two rap-50s. (I totally accept the blame on this it was my mistake I thought they were both 50s. He complained about the packaging both helis were in a brown cardboard box that USPS uses everyday insulated by 60 bags of the plastic parts more than enough for a parts heli and an additional un assembled raptor. I can't help how the postal system treats a box over a 1100 mile journey obviously he was expecting a perfect box. Now granted had it been a new $1500 heli I would have packed it accordingly these were both helis needing rebuilt. We communicated his complaints via emails and I did the right standup thing and sent him $100 back for my mistakes on my misleading ad.so he paid $250 for both helis with servos 2-by 401 gyros,engines,frames blades plus $490 in parts and I paid all the shipping. Then he has the nerve to leave me a feedback statement to (be aware of this guy)(WHAT A PUNK) I did all I could do to make this transaction right. If he wanted a refund he should have stated so oh but of course he does he's making out like a bandit. So take all this for what it's worth.    | ||
