Crash damage
Are pipes expected to live through a crash on the exhaust side?

I kinda of expect them to get messed up if I go down on that side of the heli. Some pipes have a crash replacement policy. My MP7 has that agreement with CYE. Will have to read the literature with my new Hatori.

The Hatori does not have an explicit "crash damage" warranty

its warranted for worksmanship. If the weld joints crack or the internal baffles disconnect they'll replace it.

the RPM limits came about with the isolator mount versions where the muffler can move around

the latest SB12-R4 is a hard mount. I've run the hard mounts extensively at 14K + rpms over years.
