I have a pair, bought them last year I believe. I managed to scar up the lens covers on mine so I'm back to using my fatsharks until I can get new covers.

They're great glasses...

Yeah no idea on the Oculus, though I'd love to see the Oculus Rift be able to be used for FPV eventually. Hold onto something!

As for the Cenemizers, the only drawbacks are the small FOV and apparently being unable to get parts for them. I've tried to contact Zeiss over in Germany about getting new lens covers for mine, to no avail. So mine are sitting in the box now. So kind of be aware of that.

Otherwise, they have really outstanding video quality and the optics are of course really the best...

while the FOV is small compared to the new Dom hd's the image is the clearest I have ever seen.

Unclejane, the lady I spoke with at IRCHA was very helpful and knowledgeable about these goggles.

Maybe she can help get your parts...

Thanks Chris for that info! Here's a question.. has anybody used a 3D camera to take advantage of this feature of the glasses?

Cinemizer Customer Service
UncleJane - cinemizer customer service in USA can be reached at:

1-855-969-3301, or service@total3dsolutions.com They can fix your issue.

Regarding the use of 3D camera question... the cinemizer is definitely compatible with most 3D cameras. It accepts Side By Side, Top Bottom, Line Interleave 3D. There's a company in Canada (EMRlabs.ca) that makes a setup for 3D FPV that the cinemizer or Oculus rift is compatible with. I've tried both and cinemizer blows the Oculus as far as being functional for FPV. The Oculus screen is definitely bigger but its almost annoying for FPV.

Ah, thanks gents. I'll try these onshore options instead. But as far as a PIREP on the OLEDs, they have absolutely outstanding IQ and color. I love my Fatsharks, but the OLEDs are really the best optics I've seen.

At IRCHA the cinemizer people said it works fine with lightbridge.

There have been issues over time with the Lightbridge firmware and display compatibility but i think the latest revision has cured most of them.

Slightly off topic, but why was Zeiss at IRCHA? I thought FPV was hated/feared/banned there? Just curious what they were doing at a FPV-hostile event demo'ing the Cenemizers?

The guy said he heard about it from a friend who invited him.. He had never seen RC helis before but he thought it was cool and obviously an "untapped" market for them.. The ban didn't seem to bother them and they had demos and an FPV flight sim.. The coolest thing was to put the goggles on and see yourself looking at the camera in 3D.. They were next to the radio show "citizen" thing or whatever..
I'm glad they went.. I would have never known they existed. They are happy too.. Those glasses are 800 bucks! Haha..

I heard the light bridge has somes issues on the first versions as well. Glad to hear that they are mostly sorted out.

The 3d was coming I think many knew this as a question of when. It would have been nice to see the demo model up close.

There was another one I was reading on this week.

The Epson Moverio with the DJI iosd.

Not sure what to think of them. The idea sounds great, but the question might be is it worth its cost. I like the hybrid theory of doing things..Maybe,.

I have been using mine all summer long. While I do llllooooovvvveeee then I would seriously consider the new Dominator HD's with the built in DVR. Dom's are a great pick me up and fly solution. Cinemizers are great for ground station use (what I am using).
