Does anyone know if the N7's clutch fits on the N9's cooling fan hub and can the N9's pinion gear be screwed on the N7's clutch bell.

i dont know if it would fit but the gear itself is a much different pitch. are you needing a clutch bell for an N9?

I am thinking of using the clutch bell and clutch of the N7 on an upgraded N9 fan hub also using the N9's pinion gear as the N7's is a slant cut pinion that won't work

My stock N7 liner lasted 258 flights. Still had some meat on it but I replaced while doing winter maintenance to be safe.

No, it did not all fit, the clutch bell of the N9 fits the clutch shoe of the N7 but the N9's clutch shoe bolt holes does not align with the N7's hub. to use it you have to use the N7's clutch shoe and hub which is slightly taller but the cooling fan might rub the shroud, it could be made to work but i did not continue with it. what i would like to get now is a 15 tooth N7 pinion gear.
