New radio, I'm looking for a setup for my blade 130
Hello,

i recently upgraded my radio to a Spektrum DX18v2 and am now trying to figure out how to import my profile from my DX8, so far I'm kinda SOL on getting this new radio configured to my Blade 130x.

i am getting DX8 file, not DX18 unable to import.

soo if any one has a good intermediate profile for the 130x and the DX 18 i would greatly appreciate any help. i tried to get it working but all i managed to do was get it to fly in circles and crash

thanks again

James

If you manually copy all the data from the DX8 to the DX18 there shouldn't be any change in how it flies.

Mike,

The 130 setup is pretty basic, do you still have the manual? If not download a copy from Horizon's site and copy the setup from that.

mike,

so i figured this out, not hard but kinda a pain.

if you aren't smart enough to copy your profiles via pen/paper then you can always use the profile for the DX8.
i tried and it worked well. of course my flight skills are still lacking but i was able to get my 130 into the air into a relatively stable hover.

lesson learned and now i need to find some kind of emulator/translator to read those spectrum files
