Blade spacers
Will there be any issue if just having the blade spacer on the top of or underneath the blade but not both?

Ideally, you should use equal thickness shims on each side of the blades, in order to have the blades centered with the spindle / feathering shaft.

Shimming on one side only means that the blades will move in an arc, as they are not in line with the spindle.

The blade won't be centered in the grip anymore, which would make me a little nervous. I'd try to get two of the right spacers if it were me.

Same on top and bottom , pivot point is center of spindal . If you are not doing 3d you can get away with whatever but will put added stress on bearings and links causing wear .
Do it rite and you will have a better setup and positive feel .
I stole it ,flew it and gave it back ;)
