chooseing right swash plate setup
hi there....i have a hk450 im double checking everything i have a dx8, when it comes to chooseing a swash plate do i chosse the 90 degree or 120 deg for a 4 bladed rotor head??

Swash type does not change with the number of blades on the head 120deg swash is a 120deg swash.I just don't know about that boy.

How are the servos arranged. At 90deg or 120deg from each other. It's the servo placement or swash support to the servos which determines the swash mixing. 3 points/servos is generally 120deg eccpm.

Being an hk450 it is 120 ccpm set up in the transmitter since you are using an external receiver and 401 gyro.
