Okay - what really worries me about this is:

This happens so often,
* They have a special place marked out on the deck (big yellow X),
* They have a special fixture for is (a big cradle with a rounded pad for the nose to land in and fittings on teh deck to secure it)
* The crew is prepared with the special training to know what to do in this situation (hide like rabbits until the nose is settled in the cradle - the run like ants to the dead beetle when it is clear it isn't going to blow up).

Max-respect to the pilot. Precision landing on a desk in the calmest sea and the gentlest wind would be difficult in the extreme - Cojones the size of basketballs for sure.
