Funny thing, after maybe 1:45 mins of back and forth with different tech and supervisors I got tired and wanted to cancel the account.
I had 2 choices, me to pay the tech visit, $45.00 or $7.00 monthly that covers tech visits and anything that happens to the system, no way.
I found that you can call for a tech visit every year for free.
They don't want to do that anymore....
They want to charge you $7.00 every month that covers tech visits and the receivers etc.... Even that they knew ahead of time that that wasn't my problem.
I decided to cancel, they transferred the call to this sweet spoken lady.
She said " I can see that you have a problem, no reception all day, the problem is not the receivers ($7.00 gone), but why do you want to cancel? What can I do to keep you as a customer?
I ended up paying $25 for the tech and no way to pay $7 per month
Don't let them take advantage.
Even this guy asking me several times "are you sure that you want to cancel the $7.00 fee???!
