Trex 250 TT front umbrella gear simple fix
This method has worked for me after some experimenting with different glues.

I first off seperate the umbrella gear from shaft then clean the inside of umbrella gear and shaft with wax and grease remover (used in auto paint shops for prepareing paint work before spray painting) allow to dry then I use a sewing pin or need to apply a light coating off Gorrilla Super glue to the inside off the umbrella gear then allow to dry for minimium 12 hours then i apply a small amount of Gorrilla Super Glue to the top half off shaft then I press the gear back onto the shaft (I find I need to use a vice to press onto shaft) and allow to dry again for minimium 12 hours.

This method works for me scale flying and after more than100 flights on both my Trex 250 heli's with out umbrella gear slipping. I am not sure how this method would work for 3d flying no harm in trying.
If you are not crashing you are not flying :-)
