Turbine wont start
I pulled the heli out after many months of sitting. fueled it up and when it cycled through the start it had a flame out. pulled the glow plug and it was damaged ( wire sticking out) I replaced it and when i try to start it again, it sounds likr its not activating the glow plug. It just runs through all the propane (while spinning turbine) then times out.

Any ideas on what else to check or look for?

Ive been out of the Turbine scene for many years so its like im a virgin again. LOL

RoB when you replaced the plug have you pulled out the platinium coil (spiral wire)? If you just replaced the plug as it stands from the box, you won't be able to gas start your turbine. It is normal for the plug to have the wire sticking out, as you said. Have a look at JC user manual, they explain how to do it using a fine tweeter or needle.

Otherwise you may also buy a glo plug with a longer length that will stick further into the flow. I believe DreamRC sell them."There's someone in my head, but it's not me..."

I reckon the fuel pump is seized up. Disconnect pipe and see if fuel comes out during start up

Remember to check all of the new connections for your fuel tubing. I had a hell of a time sucking in air on my Wren 54

I'm glad you sorted out the issue. And yes you do well in changing all tubings; over time they tend to turn hard
