Flybarless Head for TT50
A friend of mine gave me a Thunder Tiger Flybarless conversion Kit made by Thunder Tiger. It says it is for an X50. I have the 50 V2. On the box it shows part numbers for an X50 and 50. This one has the X50 part number checked.

Does anyone know if this would work for my 50.

There are different versions of the kit. One for X50 and one for the Raptor 50. There should be a checkbox on the part number. the directions should tell you what one is for what.

I think the main difference is the mainshaft. Look at the directions they should point out the difference.

Just don't use PV1385 & PV1386 from the kit you have and get the PV0661-1 main shaft.

Futaba 520 Gyro
JR 4500 mah battery 4.8 volt
9303 radio 75 mhz with JR on/off switch

Just crashed my Raptor 50 today dont know what happen. Battery fully charged. Heli took off and then tail starting drifting, tried to correct lost signal heli tilted foward and went in nose first. Had no time to hit Throttle hold. Went over to heli and set it upright; engine was still running. Used radio to move controls and everything worked. Checked battery it was reading 5 volts. Heli ran fine yesterday with no issues. I think now is a good time to upgrade head to flybarless; what head do you guys recommend and what flybarless unit should I get. Thanks.

I see Tower Hobbies has the individual parts for the Raptor 50 FBL head. Who sells the complete head kit?

I decided it wasn't worth the expensive to put a good controller on it. It fly's great with the flybar and I figured a cheapo controller would not fly as great as the flybar does.

90 degrees vs H-1 Swashplate
/
/

According to this analogy, 90 degrees swashplate and H-1 for FBL unit are the same?

Pítch mix... It remain attenuate?

I know for sure that ele gyro and ale gyro are going to do the Job.... But... Pitch mix?
