best PWM rate on 800MX+CC Edge 120HV to reduce heat
I've done 5 flights on my new align E700DFC non-Hv combo. The Esc logs show 220F temps which, according to CC website are too high.

My PWM settings are 12khz and timing is medium. Is it ok? If not, can i reduce it to 8? can the motor timing be reduced to low?

Currently running headspeed 2250. Shall i lower it to 2100?

Its a 44.4 volt setup, 10 pole motor, 12 teeth pinion and 112T main gear.

I need urgent help with bringing down the temp

That is the reason I bought the 160 and sold the 120. Hopefully you can sort it out.
