Did you get your issue solved? My first cp Heli was the sr and they are extremely finicky helis with extremely unreliable parts. Just a quick thought....is your swash plate level? Is the Heli brand new or has it sustained a crash?

It doesn't take off slow when you thtottle up anymore it wants to go full speed ahead.very hard to control and wants to go up and down real fast, like its on speed or something and yes I've had a few crashes and had to replace some parts

Okay if your using the tx that came with it there's no way of adjusting your throttle and/or pitch curves so that shouldn't be your problem. Are you flying in normal mode or idle up mode? When your stick is all the way down in normal mode what degree are your blades at? You want a Lil negative pitch but not much, like two degrees just to help hold the Heli down before takeoff. When your in idle up (and in throttle hold of course) your blades should be at 0 degrees pitch at mid stick and all of your servo horns should be at 90 degrees to the main shaft and your swash should be perfectly level. Also check to make sure your flybar paddles are perfectly level from tip to tip. Any of those are off and your Heli will be out of control! Good luck.

I did buy a blade 4503d and it flew well but I only put 20 flights on it and have it to a friend so I wouldn't know how well they hold up. Mainly I would stay away from the separate tail motor setup like the sr and stick with the variable pitch tail rotor at least on the bigger helis. It seems to work fine on the micros like the mcpx bl. Those Lil guys will out fly the sr hands down they are just harder to see, AND THERE CRASHABLE!

I had one of those and a Blade CP and they both did that at times. What I found to be the culprit was the sliding mechanism in the center hub will bind under a load and not let the Blades pitch until there is more force and then all the sudden it lets go and sky rockets. Some silicone spray on the sliding areas helps some but not always. I've seen brand new parts bind like that as well.

Try to hold the blades back from moving a little and go through the full collective motion up and down to make sure none of the servos have a problem as well.

If its fixed don't break it.
