The AR7110R rev limiter as a governor fails to kick in properly.

Here is my 3 throttle curves"

Normal 0-60-100% governored at 85%
Idleup1 100-100-100% governored at 90%
Idleup2 100-100-100% governored at 90%

When I am flying at normal mode, everything is ok. But as soon as I switch to Idleup1/Idleup2, the engine rpm should have increased but instead dramatically decreases as if it is running extremely rich.

This is my maiden flight and I have done the rev sensor calibration.

The rev sensor green LED is on for all 3 flight modes and the rev sensor red LED does blink if I manually turn the crank shaft.

The engine is YS60SR.

Any idea will be appreciated?

It's NOT a GOVERNOR, it's a LIMITER.

The throttle will follow your throttle stick until measured RPM exceeds the setpoint, at which point the LIMITER will kick in and LIMIT the RPM to the value selected in the X9503 governor menu.

Based on what I see, you have only a 5% difference between your Normal mode setting and your Idle up 1/2 settings.

You have your Idle up 1/2 throttle curves maxed out at 100%.

In Normal mode, when you switch to the idle ups, about where are you with respect to throttle setting? Already at or near the 100% throttle setting?

It sounds as if when you go to Idle up, the limiter is already doing its thing.
