could the reason be it shuts off because i had cut off voltage to low ?

WC can you open the log, and then on top click view, and select the last session so we can see a better log of just that flight...

Yeah WC you got it, the highest number will be the last session. It looked like the Throttle signal went to 1.3 and that's why the controller shuts off... Were you messing with the Auto bailout?

how can you tell the throttle position ?

To me, it appeared that the motor shut down due to a current peak when you did the punch out. If that was a fresh pack, you should not have hit an under voltage condition at 1:20 of flight.

I run my low voltage cutoff at auto/3.5v/cell and I can do what you were doing in the first video for 6 minutes and come down with about 3.7v/cell.

This line I have highlighter in red and the corresponding scale on the left are what the controller is seeing for Throttle...

The lowest point is true zero, needed to arm the ESC, the next "step" is most likely TH, a "near zero" for the auto rotation, the next two must be 70% and 100% it is measured in Milliseconds I believe

i lowered the pitch and the head speed

think that will help ?

and should i upgrade the motor or esc or both ?

and i had a brand new 50c packs 5000 mah i figured maybe the fresh pack had to much power ?

i want to be able to run 2000 rpm head speed
2100 top.

either the motor or esc cant hack it ?

Without actually seeing the voltage trace, as well as the current trace, I'd still want to take a hard look at your current limiting values. I had a buddy that was having similar issues on his T550, and it was simply shutting down due to the combination of motor and ESC. His was the new DFC kit with the 730 motor and it was just too much for his 80a ESC.

We swapped it out to a 120, and it has run with no issues since.

rr does not have support for the cc file

and i think i may need to put this bird on the shelf until
i can buy a cc 160 esc and sell the cc 120

It sounds like the One Way Bearings lets go in the vid. Try holding the motor and see if you can spin the blades backwards. If you can the bearing is bad.

Very good point. I wasn't thinking along that line.

I think you should pay more attention to what Trexwilly is saying. It looks like the esc was commanded to shut down.

That would be either commanded by the TX throttle channel or maybe a failsafe action in the RX.
