Its a personal preference. I have cyclones on one of my 700's and align blades on the other. I flew some edge se's and the felt pretty smooth to me. so.. it's just preference, but the align blades fly just fine.

Also depends what sort of flying you do and the feel you like. The Aligns are very aggressive but Radix and Edge SE have a less aggressive response but will auto better. All the top brand blades are good so its just a matter of picking one. The problem with 700 size blades is you can't exactly try a set of every blade unless your name is Tareq Alsaadi!

60% of the time, it works every time!

It's like Chevy or Ford. ....preference is what it boils down to.

Im inclined towards buying the EDGE SE. Do you advise 693 or 710mm? Whats a good site to buy them from?

I think the biggest blades you can run on the 700e dfc are 700mm's without risk of hitting the tail blades. You could always install the tail boom, torque tube and tail pushrod from the 700 nitro version which is longer if you want to run the bigger mains.

I still have the original Align 700mm`s on mine. If I ever ding them up I would like to try the Rail blades. Heard lots of good things about them.

Blade choice is a matter of personal preference. That being said, Rail blades gets my vote. I use them on everything except my F3C heli.
