A new style of scam letter they are getting creative, still greedy but creative. Enjoy?!

I am Mrs Kathryn L.James, I am a US citizen, 48 years Old.

Attn: My Dear ,
I am Mrs Kathryn L.James, I am a US citizen, 48 years Old. I reside here in Nevada . My residential address is as follows. 2990 Canfield Drive # ALas Vegas, Nevada 89108 United States, I am one of those that took part in the Compensation in Nigeria many years ago and they refused to pay me, I had paid over $50,000 while in the US, trying to get my payment all to no avail.

So I decided to travel to WASHINGTON D.C with all my compensation documents, And I was directed by the ( F B I) Director to contact Mr.Kelvin Williams, who his a representative of the ( F B I ) and a member of the COMPENSATION AWARD COMMITTEE, currently in Nigeria.and I contacted him and he explained everything to me. He said whoever is contacting us through emails are fake.

He took me to the paying bank for the claim of my Compensation payment. Right now I am the most happiest Woman on earth because I have received my compensation funds of $10.5 Million Us Dollars Moreover, Mr.Kelvin Williams, showed me the full information of those that are yet to receive their payments and I saw your name as one of the beneficiaries, and your email address, that is why I decided to email you to stop dealing with those people, they are not with your fund, they are only making money out of you.

I will advise you to contact Mr.Kelvin Williams,You have to contact him directly on this information below.

COMPENSATION AWARD HOUSE
Name : Mr.Kelvin Williams
Email: mr_kelvin_william@e-mail.ua

You really have to stop dealing with those people that are contacting you and telling you that your fund is with them, it is not in anyway with them, they are only taking advantage of you and they will dry you up until you have nothing.

The only money I paid after I met Mr.Kelvin Williams was just $250 for the paper works, take note of that.

Once again stop contacting those people, I will advise you to contact Mr.Kelvin Williams so that he can help you to Deliver your fund instead of dealing with those liars that will be turning you around asking for different kind of money to complete your transaction.

Thank You and Be Blessed.

Mrs Kathryn L.James
2990 Canfield Drive #ALas
Vegas, Nevada 89108,
United States Of America

so who wants to go in on the $250 to spilt millions???

Odd how this Kelvin fellow, who is affiliated with the FBI, has an email address in the Ukraine....

A little more checking around the web shows that Mr. Kelvin Williams always seems to have a different address.

Must be one busy fella, having to read all those different emails.

And the Canfield address in the letter doesn't exist, unless Las Vegas is assigning house numbers to shopping carts.

I am a scam baiter. I will email this Kelvin Williams and try to play him as long as he will play. When I do this I use a another email adx that I use only for scam baiting, not my normal adx.

Who in their right mind would fall for something like this. Reading the email reeks scam. It looks to be written by a 3rd grader.

Anyone that falls for such a scam probably is not in their right mind and should not have their money under their control without adult supervision.

Yes I will, thxs.
.
Here is another scam that originates in the U.S.
A warning to anyone and everyone who has a magazine subscription. Beware of fraudulent magazine subscription notices.
I have received two fictitious mailings from "National Magazine Services, Inc." asking me to renew my magazine subscription for 4 years. At first glance, I took it as a legitimate renewal and, as we all know, sometimes magazines will outsource their billing to a third party. And one of the magazines was not one I subscribe to.
.
Another that they were fake was that the invoice requested checks or money orders should be made payable to "National Magazine Services, Inc." instead of the magazine company.
.
By the way, these notices are a perfect copy of the real notices, just the address gives it away. They also change addresses periodically, so just be careful on sending any money.

I have always enjoyed 419eater.com It is a website that helps you learn how to safely bait these idiots. It also has a hall of shame that shows the correspondence between the scammers and the baiters! Totally priceless.

Yep, that's what got me to do a few. Mine never last as long as some of those hilarious antics they pull.
When my bait gets hooked and after a few email exchanges, I insisted for him to call me (used some excuse that my phone was blocked on outgoing calls) I sent him a local police number. I told him I worked there as an undercover secret police. When the police department would state that I wasn't an agent and that I didn't work there he was to insist that I did and it was urgent that they get me. I made up a bunch of stuff about secret codes he needed to tell them.
.
When he emailed me about the fiasco with the police department, it was shortly after that he no longer emailed me.
I'll keep you posted if I hear anything from this scammer.

How funny! Last year I used the number of a local mental hospital and told him that I was a research doctor at a secret military facility. I also told him to say that the only way for the call to be transferred to me was to say the password "screw ball" He must have sent me 10 emails stating that the password was not working for him!!!
