$145 for a Mikado 700 Canopy.
That is some crazy pricing scheme.
Edited out.

I think an auto recovery system mostly appeals to inexperienced pilots, most of the rest of us have already learned how to fly, and want the best flying FBL, and for my style that's a VBar... Now I just need to know where I am going to get my next one?

I sold my Vbars for a reason. I found something I like better.
Yes this is the trend I have seen as well never thought I would see so may V-bars dumped in just over a year for brand X.

Is one FBL controller really any different from the next? They all seem to do the same thing. I have used only vbars as well and am used to setting them up because they are all I have ever used. I love them and they work great.. But I may be switching too.. Not for a bailout, but for a cleaner installation with only one box. I'm not stressing them not being available yet because my heli isn't even here to build yet, but if it were, I would be upset. Anybody heard anything from Mikado?

Nevermind.. I went to mikados website.. When you clicked on USA, it used to go to Ready Heli.. Now it does not. It goes here:
http://shop.mikado-heli.de/News-Eve...8&c=7548&p=7548

A vague explanation but it says someone will have their stuff this month.

The mini V-Bar gives you the clean installation in one box.

I only have experience with BeastX (AR7200BX) and V-Bar. I find the BeastX easier to set up, but it is missing one key feature that has caused me to gradually migrate to V-Bar: proactive governor. People on this thread have mentioned the logging capabilities of the V-Bar. I have not used this yet but will dig into this as this seems valuable.

No informed first-hand opinion on any other unit.

Like he said, the Mini VBAR will do just that. Mikado covered that base long ago.

No.. And I understand the blueline is supposed to be fine for electric, but I like the improved sensor better. I have 2 electrics with silver lines and sold the only one I had with a blue. It is true, I could not tell the difference between them. I just prefer to have the better sensor.

Silver line has a better sensor . It's has the same sensor technology as cgy750 for vibration. There are 2 versions of the blue line mini, 2 sensor and single. Single is newer .

When you calculate the price on a square inch basis it's probably in-line or cheaper than most. The Logo 700 canopy is quite large.

Nop.
Right now we have two options with the Logo.
1.- Do not crash (No parts available)
2.- Do not fly :-(
I will take a chance tomorrow and fly. Wish me luck.

It won't stop me from flying, but probably won't be doing any bump flips until new parts supplier is announced
