You have to take into account centrifugal force when doing a roll. The clunk will bend down more into the fuel (hopefully!)

60% of the time, it works every time!

I tried,it does not get into the fuel, this is fuel level below half a tank and its a Trex 600 tank, one could make the tubing longer but then when the the tank is level it will hit the back of the tank.

Dont be afraid to remove the header tank.

I did it and found that the simpler setup is more reliable and work as well with a bubble less clunk like OS offer. This clunk poses no problems with fumes and I had no flameout unless I ran the tank dry.

Header thank is just more complex and you have more things that can go wrong.

Thanks Guys. I will remove it and try a different clunk in the main tank. Just not sure which one at this time.
