Tail wag when flipping
I have noticed a very small back and forth tail wag while doing stationary flips as I change from positive to negative. I get this on different helis, with VBAR and Beastx, so helis more than others. I have tried messing with pre comp in both. Gain is a high as possible. Any other ideas to improve performance?
I have a 3D heli, I don't understand why it doesn't do 3D.

That is really easy to try I will do that. The way I set my tail gain is to do full collective circuits. When I turn into the wind the tail will shudder if it is to high. I decrease till it stops.I have a 3D heli, I don't understand why it doesn't do 3D.

Your gov gain can also induce a wag when you unload the head (like at the top or inverted part of a flip when you go to center stick after a bad collective pull). Something else to think about...Team MikadoUSA 480XXTreme, 550SX, 600SX, 700XXTreme, 800XXTreme!!

or slop on the tail can make it wag during transitions from negative to positive pitch and vice versa

Sounds like your cyclic gain is to high, try turn it down 5 points and try it again. Also try the optimizers for tail and cyclics.I'd rather be flying!
