This is getting better by the minute... I'm looking forward to seeing this project come together. Some day I may take the leap and get into turbines, but for now I'm sticking with the electric turbines They're much easier on the wallet!

Yes they are ! With the 3 blade head for the mains , this tail should hold well , especially that the tail moment is also long..

I have the same blades on the 1/6 412, and with a 4 blade set up on the main rotor, the tail authority is just ok

I just need to get in the mains now can't wait to see those

Any progress on this thing? I am building same big bird and noticing nobody has really posted pics of the build process. I am building mine with the jetcat mechanics.
